DrawBridge Announces New Exhibition, Drawn Together: Celebrating DrawBridge Youth Artists

Art show will travel the Bay Area before concluding with a public event on June 11 at the Marin Art and Garden Center.
San Rafael, Calif. – May 16, 2023 – For more than 30 years, DrawBridge has provided free expressive arts programs for children in shelters, affordable housing facilities, and community centers across the Bay Area. This spring, we celebrate the work of talented DrawBridge youth with a new exhibition, Drawn Together: Celebrating DrawBridge Youth Artists. Featuring the works of children ages 5-18 across our service regions, the exhibition celebrates the power of creativity to bring us together.
As part of the celebration, the works of DrawBridge youth artists will be exhibited at each of the children’s program sites, complete with receptions for families and caregivers.
A traveling pop-up exhibition of select works will follow, hosted by local businesses and community organizations throughout the Bay Area. Find dates and locations here.
The exhibition concludes with a closing party for the public, June 11 from 2-4 pm at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross. This family-friendly event will feature a viewing of the exhibition in the Center’s studio and gardens, plus family activities, picnic treats, and auction. All proceeds benefit DrawBridge’s expressive arts programs. Learn more and reserve tickets for the closing celebration here.
