For more than 35 years, DrawBridge has provided free expressive arts programs that connect children with creativity in shelters, affordable housing facilities, and community centers across the Bay Area. This spring, the work of these talented children will be celebrated with a new exhibition, Drawn Together: Celebrating DrawBridge Youth Artists.

As part of the celebration, the works of DrawBridge youth artists will be exhibited at each of their program sites, complete with receptions for families and caregivers. A traveling exhibition of the children’s works will follow, hosted at galleries, festivals, and community centers throughout the Bay Area. An online exhibition will accompany the show.

This year’s exhibition kicks off with a free family day for the public, May 19, 2024 from noon to 4 pm at the Marin Art and Garden Center. This free family-friendly event will feature a viewing of the exhibition in the Center’s studio, plus family activities in the gardens, picnic treats, and silent auction. All proceeds benefit DrawBridge expressive arts programs for children.

The exhibition will then travel to the Drawing Room SF Annex and will be on view in the galleries from Thursday, May 30 through Monday, June 3, 2024. Selected works from the exhibition will also be featured during the At the Crossroads Block Party in San Francisco, Saturday, June 1, 2024 including free DrawBridge art activities for families, music, and more!

We invite you to join us in celebrating these talented youth artists!
